<p>Provided is a composition comprising 20 to 60 weight % of a reduced oxide of a metal selected from the group consisting of Mo, Nb, Cr and Ti, 1 to 9 weight % of a carbon allotrope and a polymer binder. A process for making a polymeric resistor having low temperature of resistance comprising mixing a polymer binder with the provided composition.</p>
