<p>PURPOSE: Provided are 5'-deoxy-n-alkyloxycarbonyl-5-fluorocytosine-5'-carboxylic acid and its derivatives, which have less toxicity but excellent anticancer activity. And their preparation process is also provided. CONSTITUTION: A compound of the formula(2), its pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate is provided, wherein R1 is hydrogen, an atomic group having a functional group such as acetyl to be hydrolyzed easily under physiological condition, and a protective group easily removed; and R3 is C2-C7 alkyl and alkenyl. Also, a compound of the formula(3), its pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate is provided, wherein R2 is hydrogen, an atomic group hydrolyzed easily under physiological condition, and a protective group easily removed; R3 is C2-C7 alkyl and alkenyl; and R4 is hydroxymethyl group capable of having a protective group easily removed.</p> |
