An exhausting apparatus for a vehicle is provided to adjust a discharge amount of an exhaust gas and control the generation of noise depending on a magnitude of an exhaust pressure. An exhausting apparatus for a vehicle includes a stator(11), a rotary plate(15), and a drive part. The stator is horizontally installed in a cylindrical pipe. The rotary plate is resiliently supported by a torsion spring(13) to be rotatably installed. The drive part selectively rotates the rotary plate by using a back pressure of an exhaust gas. The stator has a circular disc shape to cross the cylindrical pipe. The stator has a plurality of through-holes on an imaginary circular post and disposed at predetermined intervals. The rotary plate is installed adjacent to the stator. The torsion spring is fixed to a center of the rotary plate at its one end to return the rotary plate when an external pressure is released.
