An oil pressure sensor for preventing sensing error is provided to expand a flexible variable housing to minimize pressure increase, thereby solving a problem of lighting an abnormal alarm. An oil pressure sensor for preventing sensing error includes a diaphragm(6), a spring(8), an inner housing(12), an outer housing(18), an air hole(20), and a flexible variable housing(22). The diaphragm expands and shrinks depending on an oil pressure. The spring is resiliently installed at one side of the diaphragm. The inner housing has a contact part formed around the spring. The outer housing is installed in the sensor through the medium of a sealing rubber. The air hole is formed to pass through the inner and outer housings. The flexible variable housing is assembled to the exterior of the sensor to cover the air hole.
