<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an advertiser who distributes an advertisement to mobile terminals to narrow down user attributes of a distribution target, to surely browse the distributed advertisement, and to improve an access rate to a server of the advertiser after browsing. <P>SOLUTION: A disclosed system comprises: an advertisement registration means for an advertiser to register an advertisement; an advertisement management device for managing the registered advertisement; an advertisement distribution device for distributing registered advertisement data; an advertisement data accumulation device for acquiring advertisement data from the advertisement distribution device via communications and accumulating the advertisement data in a mobile terminal; an advertisement reproducing device for reproducing the accumulated advertisement data in a timing when the mobile terminal is switched from a power saving mode to an active mode; a via-device to be utilized for judging existence of an access to the server of the advertiser; a count device for counting the number of times of passing through the via-device; an incentive granting means for a via-user; and a member management device for managing a user attribute to be acquired, a member ID to be issued and the like in member registration. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
