<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide front structure of a vehicle capable of stabilizing energy absorbing performance and stabilizing operation of a driving means in a case wherein an interference occurs in a front part of the vehicle when springing up a hood, and capable of reducing repairing costs. <P>SOLUTION: This front structure of a vehicle is provided with a spring-up mechanism for springing up a hood, which is provided in a front part of the vehicle, with a driving means at a rear end of the hood by using the front end 3a thereof as a support point. A cover member 12 to be interfered by the front end 3a of the hood when the spring-up mechanism springs up the hood is structured to be bent at a corner part 12c by an input from the front end 3a so as to reduce the reaction force to be applied to the front end 3a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
