PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote diagnosis system for enabling an operator operating equipment to accurately operate the equipment without receiving instructions from a diagnosing person present at a remote place even when a special operation to be executed to target equipment is required, when performing remote diagnosis. SOLUTION: This diagnosis service providing device 10 transmits a diagnosis program corresponding to diagnosis start notification to a communication terminal, this communication terminal 20 executes the diagnosis program transmitted from the diagnosis service providing device to generate a diagnosis command, and transmits the generated diagnosis command to this electronic equipment with a self-diagnostic function, the electronic equipment with the self-diagnostic function 30 executes a diagnosis on the basis of the diagnosis command transmitted from the communication terminal 20 and outputs the diagnosis result to the communication terminal 20, and the communication terminal 20 acquires the diagnosis result output from the electronic equipment and transmits the acquired diagnosis result to the diagnosis service providing device 10.
