PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric signal output apparatus capable of much more quickening a leading and a trailing of an output signal and transmitting the signal at a high speed. SOLUTION: The electric signal output apparatus in a serial electric transmission system includes: a switching section 1 that carries out switching of a high or low level depending on signal data to produce an output signal and outputting the output signal to an output node; an impedance matching section 2 provided to match an output impedance of the electric signal output apparatus with an impedance of a transmission line; and a switching assisting section 4 for auxiliarily injecting/sucking a current to/from the output node at switching by the switching section 1, and the switching assisting section 4 is configured such that a current injecting or sucking period is selected shorter than a pulse width of a reference clock of a serial electric transmission system.
