PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the noises of received radio waves while inhibiting an effect on the reception of radio waves of noises generated from a receiving terminal. SOLUTION: A receiving circuit 102 receives television or radio broadcasting radio waves through an antenna 101 and converts the radio waves into a digital data. A CPU 20 converts the converted digital data into a voice data and an image data. A voice reproducing section 104 reproduces the voice data, and an image display section 106 displays the image data. A clock supply section 30 supplies a clock as a basis for operating each circuit/means. A receiving sensitivity measuring section 110 measures the receiving sensitivity of the received radio waves and compares the receiving sensitivity with a reference value and decides the receiving sensitivity, and outputs a clock-frequency changing signal for changing the frequency of the clock supplied from a clock supply means in response to the results of the decision.
