PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an SIP server capable of simply setting the communication of a plurality of terminals placed under a base by using a base number. SOLUTION: The SIP server 11 mounts an SIP protocol determining an address from the Request-URI of a request message from an SIP gateway as a received client terminal. Such an SIP server 11 solves the address by the base number contained in the number of a part of a head in all number of digits of the user information of the Request-URI of the received request message, and determines the requested address.
