PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, if a number of control devices and operation items of the control devices which are controlled by a remote controller increase more, a number of bottoms installed in the remote controller increases more, and a function to make a user select the control devices or the operation items is prepared in the remote controller, then the operation performed by the user becomes complex one. SOLUTION: In a control terminal with a control signal transmission means which can transmit the control signal corresponding to each of one or more control devices, since a display order of a control device list to be displayed is controlled based on a measured value, the user can easily select the control device which the user wants to use.
