PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for performing image processing corresponding to dodging in which an image of good quality can be acquired without amplifying noise of the shade. SOLUTION: The image processor performing image processing including regulation of luminance and saturation on image data consisting of a plurality of pieces of pixel information comprises a means for extracting the luminance components from the pixel information of processing object, a means for calculating the regulation ratio of the luminance components based on the luminance components extracted from the pixel information of processing object, the low frequency component value of luminance component in the pixel of processing object, and luminance regulation parameters, a means for calculating the regulation ratio of saturation components of the pixel information of processing object based on the regulation ratio of the luminance components, and the luminance components extracted by the luminance extraction means, and a means for regulating the pixel information of processing object based on the calculated regulation ratio of the luminance components, and the regulation ratio of saturation components.
