PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately easily measure noises emitted while a reciprocating member moves by a predetermined speed. SOLUTION: The noises emitted while the reciprocating member 6 moves by the predetermined speed are measured by the time the direction of movement of the reciprocating member 6 moving reciprocatingly changes. Thereby, a measurement result excluding the noises emitted while moving at a speed other than the predetermined speed can be obtained and as a result, the noises emitted while the reciprocating member 6 moves by the predetermined speed can be accurately easily measured.
