PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily carry and move a jack base device even if the device is bulky in weight by selecting an independent use of only a hydraulic jack in a head site and a use as a jack mode with a claw. SOLUTION: A jack base 1 of slidingly connecting a claw body 10 lifting accompanied by the lifting motion of a piston rod of the hydraulic jack J is formed in a storage box 2 storing and placing the hydraulic jack J. A carrying handle tool 20 moving the jack base 1 is detachably connected to the jack base 1. The carrying handle tool 20 has a carrying base 21, a caster 24 attached to the bottom surface of the carrying base 21, a connecting means 25 arranged on the carrying base 21 to be engaged with and connected to the jack base 1, and a moving handle 31 rockingly supported by the carrying base 21, moving and operating the jack base 1 on a placing work surface and floated from the placing work surface.
