PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label sticking apparatus capable of separating an RFID tag from an article to stick a label on the article, suppressing the effect from the article as much as possible, and ensuring stable reading and writing of data. SOLUTION: A folding and sticking means 20 which folds a part 2 fitted with the RFID tag T consisting of an IC chip Ta and an antenna Tb for communication into a ridge shape to form a folding part M, and sticks this label L on the article W, is provided. The folding and sticking means 20 is equipped with a suction plate 21 for holding the label L, and the suction plate 21 is composed by providing one side body 22 sucking one side part 3a of the label L, the other side body 23 sucking the other side part 4a of the label L, and an intermediate body 24 sucking the part 2 of the label L. A movement of the intermediate body 24 from a plane position H to a retreating position J, and a movement of the other side body 23 from a separated position V to a joint position S, are synchronously performed, and the folding part M is formed by the moving other side body 23.
