PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a register reducing ventilation resistance and pressure loss in sending air, and improving appearance when a moving fin is opened. SOLUTION: In the register 1, a cylindrical inner register 20 is installed in a cylindrical retainer 10 so as to rotate about a shaft parallel to an air-sending direction. A plurality of moving fins 30, 40 are installed so as to tilt around a shaft vertical to the air-sending direction, united by a link member 50 so as to synchronously incline.
