PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal base material with a sense of depth, which facilitates a manufacturing process and which prevents the soiling of a colored pattern and a molded article even in frequent use, a seal, a decorative implement, etc. SOLUTION: The colored pattern 7 is applied to the inner peripheral surface of a transparent cylinder 1 with one closed end; a mount 5 is provided on a seal face storage base 3; the molded article 2 is mounted on the mount 5, and inserted into the cylinder 1; a printing face material 6 is mounted at the lower end of the storage base 3; and a cap 10 is attached.
