PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a coupling unlocking device simple in constitution and completely automated. SOLUTION: A shift operation member (13) by a set of a screw bolt (14) and a screw nut (18) is provided concentrically with a cylinder shaft (1), and one end of the screw bolt (14) is mechanically connected to an operation source (20), while the other end of the screw bolt (14) is opposed to a washer spring (10), to be pressed to the end part of a pressing lever (12). The screw nut (18) is rotatably fitted between a flange member (7) and a radial bearing (23) via a radial bearing (23), while being unrotatable relative to a machine body, allowing the end part of a flange part (22) to be abutted on the flange member (7) via a thrust bearing (24).
