SOLUTION: The voice, name and position of a person are input from a person condition measuring part 51 to a standby position determination part 54. On the other hand, the position of the clearing-away robot is input from a clearing-away robot is input from a clearing-away robot condition measuring part 25 to the standby position determination part 54. The traveling path of the clearing-away robot is input from an environment map 53 to the standby position determination part 54. According to these inputs, the standby position determination part 54 determines the standby position, and the clearing-away robot itself moves to that place. An instruction confirming part 55 interprets person's voice instruction to confirm the working instruction from the person, and inputs a clearing-away command (a clearing-away instruction) or fetching command (a return instruction) to an execution part 56.
