The invention relates to a high-temperature fuel cell. A fuel cell has a cathode, an electrolyte and also an anode. An oxidant, for example air, is supplied to the cathode, and a fuel, for example hydrogen, is supplied to the anode. The object of the invention is to protect a high-temperature fuel cell (SOFC) better against damage in the event of the entry of air on the anode side.
