An automatic screen printer is provided to improve printing quality regardless of skill of an operator by accurately adjusting a mounting position of a printing object, and reduce a defective rate by cleaning a bottom surface of a screen every printing. An automatic screen printer includes a loading unit(200), an absorption sensing unit, a mounting unit(300), a loading unit transferring unit(400), a mounting unit transferring unit(500), a screen installing unit(600), a printing unit(700), and a cleaning unit(900). The loading unit has an absorption valve absorbing a printing object(P) by using vacuum pressure. The absorption sensing unit determines whether the printing object is absorbed or not by measuring a vacuum degree inside of the absorption valve. The mounting unit mounts the printing object thereto. The loading unit transferring unit transfers the loading unit to place the printing object in the mounting unit. The mounting unit transferring unit transfers the mounting unit to a printing location. The screen installing unit installs a screen on the mounting unit transferred to the printing location. The printing unit performs printing on the printing object by pressing paste on the screen through the printing object. The cleaning unit cleans a bottom of the screen. |
