A device for measuring a turbocharger blow-by gas is provided to improve performance of a turbocharger by installing an oil drain pipe and precisely measuring an amount of the turbocharger blow-by gas. A device for measuring a turbocharger blow-by gas includes an oil drain pipe(30), and a blow-by gas measurement device(50). The oil drain pipe includes a blow-by gas measurement tool, and an oil stay part. The blow-by gas measurement tool measures a turbocharger blow-by gas amount. The oil stay part is installed at one side of the blow-by gas measurement tool to prevent the blow-by gas from being leaked. The blow-by gas measurement device is connected to the blow-by gas measurement tool of the oil drain pipe. The blow-by gas measurement tool is integrally formed with the oil stay part. A connection part(40) connects the blow-by gas measurement tool of the oil drain pipe to the blow-by gas measurement device.
