<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method capable of obtaining a high-frequency coaxial cable assembly with an accurate electric length and a high-frequency coaxial cable assembly. <P>SOLUTION: The high-frequency coaxial cable consists of an insulator, an inside outer conductor formed by helical winding of metal foil, an outside outer diameter formed by braiding, and a resin tape and a sheath for buffer, preferably intercalated between the inside outer conductor and the outside outer conductor arranged in that order at an outer periphery of a center conductor.
