PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor light-receiving element capable of efficiently receiving a plurality of beams of light having different wavelengths, and an optical pickup device having the semiconductor light-receiving element. SOLUTION: The semiconductor light-receiving element and the optical pickup device having the semiconductor light-receiving element include photodiodes which are formed on the same semiconductor board and correspond to a plurality of wavelengths different from each other. In the semiconductor light-receiving element, particularly, a reflection preventive film having an optimum laminated structure is formed integrally on the light-receiving surface of each of the photodiodes corresponding to the plurality of different wavelengths.
