<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a post mounting structure for a handrail ensuring stable mounting strength over a long period of time. <P>SOLUTION: The post mounting structure for the handrail for fixing a post 2 to a foundation 1 comprises screw receiving parts 11 provided inside the post 2 and in the length direction of the post 2; a base 14 disposed at the lower part of the post 2 and having a slip-off stop part 15 projected outside of the post 2; screws 17 screwed with the screw receiving parts 11 to fix the base 14 to the lower part of the post 2; a mounting body 21 having an insertion hole 22 for inserting the post 2, and engaged with the slip-off stop part 15; and anchors 31 for fixing the mounting body 21 to the foundation 1. The screws 17 are screwed with the screw receiving parts 11 to fix the base 14 to the lower part of the post 2, and the mounting body 21 with the post 2 inserted therein is fixed to the foundation 1. The slip-off stop part 15 of the base 14 is thereby engaged with the foundation 1 to fix the post 2 to the foundation 1 in a slip-off prevented manner. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
