<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means enabling movement steering in three-dimensional direction only with one operation handle to solve the problem in which a controller capable of moving and steering an object in three-dimensional direction is needed, but sufficient operability corresponding thereto cannot be obtained in a controller which can perform steering only in two-dimensional direction. <P>SOLUTION: This controller comprises one operation handle, a controller body, and three operation levers connecting the operation handle to the controller body in different directions, in which each of the three operation levers is pushed or pulled in linkage by moving the one operation handle, and an X-axial, Y-axial, or Z-axial movement signal generator provided at the tip of each operation lever is pressurized. A movement instruction of an object is determined by a combination of movement signals of pressurized longitudinal, lateral, and vertical directions.
