PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cuttable earth retaining wall material by a shield boring machine capable of promoting the fractionization of a scrap of an FRP member built in, for example, concrete or soil mortar by the shield boring machine and improving take-in nature in the shield boring machine. SOLUTION: In the earth soil retaining wall material 100 to be cut by the shield boring machine 300, it is equipped with a fiber reinforced resin-made reinforcing material 1 integrally formed in a predetermined cross sectional shape by a plurality of web materials 2, 3 and 4 extending a plane section of a predetermined width to the direction of the axis, and at least the shield boring machine 300 of the plane section is abutted on the web materials 3 and 4 arranged by making the plane section approximately at right angles to the shield boring direction of the shield boring machine 300 to integrally form antistripping members 5 in the back sides 3b and 4b on the opposite side to the front sides 3a and 4a starting the cut.
