PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constitutionally expensive cleaning device which ejects and infilling an atomized high-concentration detergent liquid, and which cleans a toilet bowl and the inside of a toilet room by utilizing a chemical force of the detergent liquid. SOLUTION: An atomizer 8 is arranged in such a manner as to eject a mist 7, containing a detergent component, into the toilet bowl 2 and the whole of the toilet room as objects to be cleaned. The atomized high-concentration detergent liquid is ejected and infilled into the objects to be cleaned, and the objects to be cleaned are cleaned by utilizing the chemical force of the detergent liquid.
