PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To plan to narrow a particle size distribution of a pulverized resin, to diminish noise and to downsize the resin pulverizer. SOLUTION: A pair of pulverizing rolls 3, 4 are synchronously rotated with a motor 16. A number of ring-like protruded portions 23, 24 having a predetermined distance along the roll axis are formed on the outer peripheral face of each roll. The pulverizing rolls 3, 4 are disposed parallel with each other. The ring-like protruded portions 24 are alternately and unrestrictedly disposed between the other ringlike protruded portions 23. A number of concavo-convex portions 25, 26 are formed on the outer peripheral faces of the each ring-like protruded portion 23, 24 so as to be circumferentially arranged with a predetermined pitch. A material to be pulverized W1 such as scraps of a cut sheet is pulverized to a predetermined particle by receiving a shearing strength with the concavo-convex portions 25, 26 while passing through the pulverizing rolls 3, 4.
