COATING MATERIAL SUPPLY APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hardly cause the clogging of a passage of a coating material due to deposition peeled off in the pig-cleaning of a coating pipe or the like and to efficiently and surely clean the whole area of a circulation pipe line. SOLUTION: In a coating material supply apparatus 1 in which a color change valve 4 is connected to the middle of the closed looped coating material circulation pipe line 3 extended from a coating material tank 2 and returned to the coating material tank 2 and a coating gun 5 is connected to the color change valve 4, a pig charge valve 25 is provided at a position where the pig 27 is linearly charged and where is the nearest to a coating material forcibly feed pump 6 in the upstream side of the coating material circulation pipe line 7 and a pig discharge valve 26 is provided at a position where the pig 27 is linearly discharged and where is the nearest to the coating material tank 2 in the downstream side of the circulation pipe line 7. A first opening part 10k in the upstream side of the color change valve 4 is provided at a position near the inner wall of a through-hole (h) formed as a part of the circulation pipe line 3 to eliminate a space occurring between the inner wall and the first opening part 10k.
