PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a product dispenser equipped with a cooling means capable of being used with all kinds of applicator elements and capable of applying a cosmetic product while cooling the same by the cooling means. SOLUTION: A massage device including a body (4), the applicator element (3) movably held in the body (4) and brought into contact with a surface to be massaged, and the cooling means (10 and 12) including a means for expanding a refrigerant liquefied gas directly brought into contact with the applicator element, is provided.
