PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for planning a game machine with advertizing publicity which has the main performance part of the game machine presented with the names of goods, appearance of goods or nominations of services and a game machine manufactured based on the system. SOLUTION: A game machine with advertizing publicity planning system server 40 which uploads information such as planning study items, specifications of the game machine, design information of the game machine and schedules is provided on the side of an advertizing publicity planner 31, and on the side of an advertizing sponsor 30, an advertizing sponsor's personal computer 43 which is connected to the game machine with advertizing publicity planning system server 40 with a communication line 44 and on the side of a game machine designer 32, a game designer's personal computer 45 which is connected to the game machine with advertizing publicity planning system server 40 with a communication line 46.
