The connector has a coupling nut (3) supported by a plug-in part (2) for screwing together the plug-in part with a threaded sleeve (5) of a mating plug part (4) e.g. angle flange. A thread-free region and a thread- bearing region are formed and arranged in such a manner that the thread-bearing region is inserted into the respective thread-free region when the parts are plugged together. An annular coil section is arranged in front of the thread- bearing region in a plug direction and allows rotation of the nut if the section passes the thread-free region.
