When an operation cam (130) is displaced by an operation, one hinged-member is rotated in the opening direction relative to the other member by the biasing force of a biasing means (170) through a movable cam (150). A fixed guide member (110) comprises a tilted guide part (115) with a predetermined advance angle to rotate a second rotating cam (140) around the axis according to the axial displacement of a guide. When a first rotating cam (160) is rotated by an operation of the operation cam (130), the second rotating cam (140) is rotatingly driven by the tilted guide part (115) by a pressing force from the movable cam (150). Therefore, the engaged state thereof with the movable cam (150) is changed, and the biasing direction of the one hinged-member by the biasing means (170) is inverted.
