A duvet sheet with a bedspread for simplifying the use of duvets, characterised in that the duvet sheet (1) is a rectangular sheet of fabric with two folds (4) which covers the duvet, with or without a side seam (5), and leaves a large opening for inserting and removing the duvet. This large opening is covered by a bedspread (2), which may or may not be joined at the joining lines (3 and 7).
