The device has a rotating cylinder engine with a combustion chamber having a rectangular cross section. The lower side of the rectangle consists of a pipe with convex surface and the upper side of the rectangle has other pipe whose inner diameter is equal to the outer diameter of the former pipe. The left and right sides of the rectangle includes covering plate, in which the supports for rotating the former pipe are located. The cylinder volumes are divided into multiple chambers by controllable rotating flaps. A pre-chamber serves as a combustion chamber for the supply of gas volume.
