The clutch (1) has one or more radially movable pretensioned coupling elements (4) at the shaft ends (2, 3) to engage in a clutch part (5) which radially surrounds same. A first coupling support (6) is connectable rotationally secured to the first shaft end whilst a second coupling support (7) is connectable to the second shaft end, with the two supports being radially and axially surrounded by the clutch part. The coupling elements are guided in radially aligned guides in the two supports. The coupling elements are each pretensioned by a spring (9) of definable spring force.
