A fuel line pressure adjustment system of a liquefied petroleum gas injection vehicle and a monitoring method thereof are provided to determine a normal or abnormal state of a fuel pressure. A method of monitoring a fuel line pressure adjustment system of a liquefied petroleum gas injection vehicle includes the steps of maintaining a state that engine ignition is OFF(S101), determining whether engine ignition ON is detected(S102), activating control of a variable pressure regulation device(S103), performing fuel supply into an injector disposed at the engine(S105), comparing a pressure of the fuel with a target pressure(S106), determining whether a pressure in the fuel line is higher than the target pressure(S107), increasing the pressure in the fuel line by closing the variable pressure regulation device(S108), and detecting the pressure in the fuel line after closing the variable pressure regulation device(S109).
