<p>Disclosed is a method for producing a partition wall for color filter, which comprises a step for forming a photosensitive resin layer containing at least a radically polymerizable monomer, a photopolymerization initiator, a binder and a colorant on at least one side of a substrate, and a step for exposing the photosensitive resin layer to light with an illumination intensity of not less than 50 mW/cm<SUP>2</SUP> and developing the resin layer for forming a partition wall pattern for separating color pixel portions which are formed by providing drops. Also disclosed is a substrate comprising such a partition wall for color filter, a color filter for display element comprising such a substrate and color pixel portions, a method for producing such a color filter, a display comprising such a color filter for display element and a method for manufacturing such a display.</p> |
