<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide instant Zoni food (New Year's special soup with rice cake as a main ingredient) created so as to facilitate blanching of rice cake even when simplifying the structure of a vessel charged with ingredients for Zoni, and obtained by adding new ingredients not added to a conventional zoni. <P>SOLUTION: The instant Zoni food comprises a plurality pieces of rice cake each provided with a hole at its center part and thinly sliced, compression-dry vegetables and packed soup. Another version of the instant Zoni food comprises rice cake, thinly sliced dumplings made of wheat flour, jiao-zi wonton, compression-dry vegetables and packed soup, where dumpling may comprise the one provided with a hole at its center part, and the rice cake may comprise a plate like one having diced-shape cuts. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
