<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide useful packaged liquid seasoning having moderate soup stock flavor and aged flavor without having too much soy sauce feeling, also having excellent physiology such as antihypertensive action, and excellent in flavor. <P>SOLUTION: The packaged liquid seasoning comprises: (A) 0.2-8 mass% of sodium; (B) 0.01-4 mass% of flavonoid glycoside; (C) 0.2-10 mass% of ethanol; and (D) 3.5-30 mass% of saccharide. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
