<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calendar for an academic society/study society/lecture having an automatic updating function by the writing-in of main registrants, and which is unfolded over the Internet. <P>SOLUTION: A server device 14 has a user information DB 15<SB>B</SB>and an academic society information DB 15<SB>A</SB>registered with information on a workshop, such as an academic society. A terminal device 12 creates the calendar placed with learned society holding information, on the basis of the information stored in the learned society information DB 15<SB>A</SB>. The placed information is linked to more detailed information. The server device 14 responds to access from the terminal device 12 via the Internet, and transmits the calendar. A browser, registered in the user information DB 15<SB>B</SB>, clicks on the interesting information, in reference to the calendar to obtain the detailed information. An academic society-related person accesses the server device 14 and registers a holding date and the information related to the workshop for oneself.
