PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content distribution device capable of stably distributing contents even when the number of user terminals increases and the number of access increases, and to provide a content distribution program, a content receiver and a content reception program.

SOLUTION: The content distribution device 1 divides the contents into prescribed unit time on the basis of whole information preset relating to the distribution of the contents by a content division means 9, adds individual information indicating the details of the divided file to each divided file, synchronizes the divided files and performs multicast distribution by loop reproduction toward a plurality of transmission lines preset on a network by a content distribution means 11.
