<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive polymer composition and to provide an electronic element having a film obtained from the composition. <P>SOLUTION: The composition comprises at least one kind of compound selected from the group consisting of a siloxane compound and a silane compound having a specific functional group such as a cross-linkable group, a hole transport group, an electron transport group or a light-emitting group such as the siloxane compound represented by chemical formula 1, e.g. trichlorosilylethylmethyltetrasiloxane and a conductive polymer such as a polythiophene, a polyaniline or a polypyrrole. The cross-linking group in the specific functional group is essential. An acid composed of at least one kind of organic ion selected from a sulfonic acid, a phosphonic acid and a carboxylic acid and a counter ion, a curing agent, metal nano-particles and inorganic nano-particles, as necessary, can be contained in the composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
