<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a line head module of which the light quantity transmission rate is improved by suppressing the manufacturing cost. <P>SOLUTION: This line head module 100 comprises a line head 510, a lens array 500 formed by collecting a plurality of cylindrical erecting equal magnification imaging lenses 102, and first and second transparent members 502, 504 which are respectively coupled to an incident face and a projection face of the lens array. In the first and second transparent members 502, 504, each of two faces opposing at least in the short side direction in the faces perpendicular to the incident and projection faces is finished to be a mirror surface and the thickness of each of the opposing faces in the short side direction is substantially equal to that of the lens array. As the light projected from the line head 510 and the light projected from the lens array 500 can be entirely reflected by the mirror-finished faces to be introduced in a prescribed range, it is possible to improve the light amount transmission rate without increasing the manufacturing cost. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
