LUBRICANT COMPOSITION, DECELERATOR USING THE SAME AND ELECTRICALLY DRIVEN POWER-STEERING DEVICE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricant composition having excellent effects for reducing noise in a compartment by reducing gear-hitting noise without excessively increasing steering torque of an electrically driven power steering device and without causing sliding noise, and capable of maintaining the effects over a long period even if being used under a high-temperature condition; and to provide a decelerator using the lubricant composition, and an electrically driven power-steering device. SOLUTION: The lubricant composition contains buffer material particles comprising a polyurethane resin synthesized by reacting a polycarbonate polyol, a crosslinking agent having three or more active hydrogen groups in one molecule, and a polyisocyanate. The decelerator 50 includes the lubricant composition filled therein. The electrically driven power-steering device is obtained by installing the decelerator. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
