PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a SIP application control program, a SIP server, and a SIP application control method prepared for a SIP application with high development efficiency. SOLUTION: The SIP application control program makes a computer execute a definition step of a container definition file 61 for defining a destination address of a SIP servlet container, a certification action 34 for certifying a SIP request or SIP answer at the basis of a request from the SIP servlet container at the container definition step, a location server operational action 36 for operating by connecting with a location server 4, and a resistral framework 41 as a framework which performs login or logout processing by requesting registral action 38 which performs processing specific to the registral application.
