PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a start-up time of a computer system. SOLUTION: The information processor performs data transfer for loading a main program due to DMA transfer and program execution by a CPU in a time-division manner by prescribed time ratio per unit time. Then, the CPU determines whether or not a program to be executed by the CPU has already been DMA transferred and, when it determines that they are not transferred yet, control is performed so that all the processing per unit time are DMA transferred.
