PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly reflect the frequent change of a facility database on each computer, and to enable each computer to autonomously perform a restoration operation after the occurrence of failure in a multiplexed system such as a power system monitoring control system. SOLUTION: When the content change of a facility database is developed to main computers A and B and a test computer C by a maintenance computer D, on-line facility DB 104, 204 and 304 stored on the main memory of each computer are saved to memories 10, 105, 205 and 305 for saving using non-volatile storage media on every facility database switching processing, and each computer is made individually performs restoration when failure occurs by using the data stored in the memories for saving.
