PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection valve capable of simplifying a configuration for reducing valve opening bounce. SOLUTION: This fuel injection valve is provided with a valve member 26 seating on a valve seat 29a or leaving the valve seat 29a, a movable core 25 movable in the direction of valve seat and the opposite direction to the valve seat in cooperation with the valve member 26, an energizing member 24 for energizing the movable core 25 in the direction of valve seat, a fixed core 22 for attracting the movable core 25 magnetically against energizing force of the energizing member 24, and a coil 30 for generating electromagnetic force for attracting the movable core 25 on the fixed core 22 magnetically to bring the movable core 25 into contact with the fixed core 22 or let it leave the fixed core 22 by generation or disappearance of electromagnetic force.
